Delivery and shipping will be the complete responsibility of the seller, who is selling through myEplatform. myEplatform will not take any responsibility for shipping and delivery.
11. Cancellation & refund:
MyEplatform accepts money only after the seller’s confirmation. Buyer shall cancel the order within 30hrs from the time of placement of an order or before the seller confirms the order, whichever is earlier. In case, the order is confirmed by the seller then MyEplatform shall have no role to play and the entire authority to cancel the order shall be of the seller. If the seller cancels the order then the buyer will get the amount refunded in which processing charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred directly to the buyers.
